Due to stigma and discrimination that face persons with disabilities at the same time when there is a need to get support.  The world seems so narrow for the Marginalised.  Not only persons with disabilities. Orphans and other marginalized groups face similar discrimination and stigma in society. Hence the persons with disabilities are on top of the need to get recognition. We need to minimize stigma discrimination
We need sign language for all
We need equal opportunities for all despite one’s disability. Because disability is not inability.
Institutions must have inclusive education and services. Companies must employ persons with disabilities and have an accommodating environment. Religious institutions must have an accommodating environment for persons with disabilities. Just to name a few. All these burning issues gave birth to SAI.

The organization has various policy toolkits to enable it to run strong and effective which are not limited to its constitution, Human resources Policy, volunteers management policy, youth policy, training policy, Procurement policy, gender policy, projects, and management policy, etc. The organization remains innovative to accommodate new ideas and systems to be a leading NGO that empowers persons with disabilities and the marginalized communities in the world.

The organization Emblem

The organization Emblem is a broken Globe in cyclic.  the globe is blue to represent the split world with an orange small world. But as we bring together two pieces of one world . the circle is complete despite our ability or disability to make one circle.  A great smile that brings peace and love is key to a united world to heal and unify the marginalized and persons with disabilities and the world at large.  Let us be together despite our differences in biological makeup. Smile Action is the key to peace and oneness.

Sign language for all programming

We advocate for sign language skills in all institutions from schools, colleges, workplaces. The way people make English French, Portuguese, Spanish, etc a minimum language requirement.  Sign language must be included to accommodate persons with disabilities.
